We have been learning about the language used to compare and contrast different characters/animals/things in literature. Using the article on amphibians and reptiles, create one paragraph that compares and contrasts the two types of animals. Remember to use the words that signify comparing and contrasting.
Task:
- Post a paragraph that compares and contrasts amphibians and lizards.
- Use language that signifies comparing and contrasting {both, but, alike...}
- Comment on three classmates' posts.
- Check the blog after posting to respond and keep the conversation flowing as a leanring tool.

The animals relationship with water is the most common in between, because,even though reptiles don’t live in water like amphibians they also need water to drink, it is true that many reptiles prefers to live near water, such as alligators strongly prefer a water habitat, fallow by lizards, and snakes, but they also live with out water,reptiles don’t need to be submerged in water to survive while amphibians needs water to live. they are both cold blood they also lay eggs, but they are quite different in qualities, quantitative, sizes and amounts. Amphibians usually female lay eggs attached to the stems of aquatic plants and sometimes these species have live birth to .

DeleteReptiles and amphibians have differences and similarities. Reptiles can live in the vicinity of water, but this is not strictly essential for them. In contrast amphibians need to live in moist areas because their skin and development require it. Both emerge from eggs, but reptiles come from hatch eggs, unlike amphibians, them emerges from an egg in form of aquatic larva, like tadpole, they get bigger, grow limbs and may lose their tails. Both species are cold blooded, but they have different appearance, reptiles are covered in distinctive scales and some have rough texture. Dissimilar to the amphibians, which typically have smooth moist skin. Amphibians lay large eggs number and are soft, dislike with reptiles, typically have hard leathery shells to protect the young inside from predators, they have a few dozen. Now we already know that amphibians and reptiles are very similar but at the same time very different.
